You must be at least 13 years old to use Frogoo.

By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Frogoo for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You agree not to:

• use the App for commercial exploitation;
• sell, sublicense, or distribute the App;
• reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to extract source code;
• bypass or attempt to bypass security or usage restrictions;
• interfere with the App’s functionality or integrity.

4. Account & Access

Frogoo does not require account creation.

Access to core functionality is controlled through device-level permissions and Apple services.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access in case of violation of these Terms.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Frogoo offers auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple In‑App Purchase:

• Weekly subscription
• Monthly subscription
• Annual subscription

No free trial is currently offered.

Pricing may vary depending on region, currency exchange rates, and Apple App Store pricing tiers.

All payments are processed exclusively by Apple. We do not collect or store payment information.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You may manage or cancel subscriptions via your Apple ID settings.

6. Refunds

All payments and refund requests are handled by Apple.

We do not provide direct refunds.

Refund eligibility is determined by Apple’s App Store policies.

7. Screen Time & Device Permissions

Frogoo uses Apple’s:

• FamilyControls
• ManagedSettings
• DeviceActivity

If you do not grant required permissions, certain features will not function or the App may be unusable.

You acknowledge that these permissions are essential for the App’s core functionality.

8. AI-Based Features

Frogoo may use third-party AI systems, including OpenAI and Google Gemini, for photo-based task verification.

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated results are probabilistic and not guaranteed to be accurate;
• AI may incorrectly approve or reject a task;
• AI decisions should not be considered absolute or legally binding;
• we are not responsible for incorrect AI outputs.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• submit fake or manipulated photos;
• attempt to bypass task verification;
• use automation, bots, or scripts;
• exploit bugs or vulnerabilities;
• interfere with Screen Time restrictions;
• reverse engineer or tamper with the App;
• engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful usage.

10. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• maintaining your device security;
• ensuring correct use of Screen Time permissions;
• complying with Apple ID and App Store rules;
• any activity performed through your device.

11. Data & Privacy

Your use of Frogoo is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We do not store personal accounts.

Certain data may be processed temporarily for functionality, including:

• task verification images (temporarily processed only);
• subscription status via Apple;
• analytics via third-party providers.

12. Third-Party Services

Frogoo integrates with:

• Apple In‑App Purchase
• RevenueCat
• Microsoft Clarity
• OpenAI
• Google Gemini
• OVHcloud infrastructure

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for their actions or service interruptions.

13. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

We make no warranties that:

• the App will function without errors;
• Screen Time APIs will remain unchanged by Apple;
• AI systems will always produce accurate results;
• third-party services will remain available.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

WEBISSO LLC shall not be liable for:

• data loss;
• device malfunctions;
• incorrect AI decisions;
• Apple system or API changes;
• subscription interruptions;
• indirect or consequential damages.

You use the App at your own risk.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Frogoo at any time if:

• you violate these Terms;
• misuse or abuse of the App is detected;
• technical or security issues require it.

Termination may occur without prior notice.

17. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in Frogoo (including design, code, branding, and content) remain the exclusive property of WEBISSO LLC.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of:

State of Wyoming, United States of America

Any disputes shall be resolved under Wyoming jurisdiction.

19. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
