End User License Agreement

Apple Standard EULA

Frogoo is made available through the Apple App Store. In addition to this agreement, your use of the App is subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement:

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and payment of applicable subscription fees, Webisso grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Frogoo on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Subscription License

Frogoo is a subscription-only application. An active subscription is required to access and use all features. Your license to use premium features is contingent upon maintaining an active subscription through the App Store.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
• Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the App.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices on the App.
• Use the App for commercial purposes without our written consent.

4. Ownership

Frogoo, including Frogoo and Bunnyo characters, graphics, software, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Webisso and its licensors. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

5. Maintenance & Support

Webisso is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for Frogoo. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services for the App.

6. Product Claims

Webisso, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, failure to conform to legal requirements, and consumer protection claims.

7. Third-Party Terms

You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using Frogoo, including your wireless data service agreement and Apple’s App Store terms of use.

8. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.
