Frogoo is a subscription-based productivity application that helps users manage screen time through habits, rewards, and Apple’s Screen Time technologies.

We are committed to collecting as little personal information as possible.

3. Information We Collect

We do not require user registration and do not collect personal account information such as email addresses or passwords.

The app may process:

• A locally stored display name (stored only on your device).
• Subscription status through Apple In‑App Purchase and RevenueCat.
• Diagnostic and analytics information through Microsoft Clarity.
• Apple crash reports when enabled by Apple.
• Temporary task verification photos.

Habit progress, streaks, rewards, locked applications and similar information remain on your device unless technically required for app functionality.

4. Photo Verification

Certain tasks allow you to submit a photo for AI verification.

Photos are:

• converted to a temporary Base64 representation;
• securely transmitted to an AI provider (such as OpenAI or Google Gemini);
• processed only to determine whether the task was completed;
• not permanently stored by WEBISSO LLC;
• automatically discarded after verification.

No human at WEBISSO LLC manually reviews submitted images.

5. AI Processing

Photo verification may use OpenAI or Google Gemini.

AI is used solely to determine whether a submitted task appears completed.

The provider used may vary depending on availability and system performance.

6. Screen Time Permissions

Frogoo uses Apple’s FamilyControls, ManagedSettings and DeviceActivity frameworks.

These permissions allow the app to:

• lock selected apps;
• unlock apps after rewards are earned;
• manage screen time;
• measure usage necessary for app functionality.

7. Notifications

The app uses local notifications only.

These reminders help users maintain habits, focus sessions and streaks.

No marketing push notifications are sent.

8. Analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand application usage and improve the product.

This may include diagnostic information, session analytics and device-related identifiers.

9. Purchases

Subscriptions are processed exclusively through Apple In‑App Purchase.

WEBISSO LLC never receives your payment card information.

RevenueCat is used only to validate subscription status.

10. Advertising

Frogoo contains no third-party advertising.

We do not use Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework for advertising purposes.

11. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information.

We only share limited information with service providers necessary to operate the application, including:

• RevenueCat
• Microsoft Clarity
• OpenAI
• Google Gemini
• OVHcloud

Information may also be disclosed if required by law.

12. Data Retention

Task verification images are deleted immediately after automated verification.

Because we do not maintain user accounts, we generally do not retain user-generated personal data.

13. Security

We use HTTPS encryption and industry-standard security measures.

Infrastructure is hosted on servers located in the Netherlands.

14. Children’s Privacy

Frogoo is not intended for children under 13.

If we become aware that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected unintentionally, we will delete it as soon as reasonably possible.

15. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal information.

Because Frogoo stores very little personal information and does not maintain user accounts, some rights (such as data export or account deletion) may not apply.

You may stop using the app at any time and remove it from your device.

16. Cookies

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Yandex Metrica.

17. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

The updated version will always be published with a revised Effective Date.
